MLF RSA TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES

MLF South Africa’s operational plan has been developed to combat the spread of the current COVID-19 outbreak as well as its impact on our bass angling tournaments.
Our operational plan is in line with the government guidelines as set out in the Disaster Management Act, 2002 in the prevention of the Corona virus. Here are a few important guidelines:

a. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least twenty seconds.
If soap and water are not available, use a 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

b. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

c. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

d. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

e. No gatherings or spectators are allowed during tournament hours
f. The social distancing of two meters to be always adhered to.

g. Stay at home when you are sick and try and keep a distance from others at home.

h. Masks/buffs are mandatory in public places.

i. Cover your cough or sneeze with a flexed elbow or a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin.

j. Please download, complete and hand in the relevant tournament entry and the COVID screening forms.
